We are looking for a detail-oriented Heat Press Operator/Production Artist to join our family-owned team. Key Responsibilities Precision Decoration:

Operate professional heat press equipment to apply DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers with perfect alignment and adhesion.

Technical Workflow:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of our DTF printing system, including film trimming and preparation.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous "final eye" inspections on every piece to ensure placement, color, and finish meet client specifications.

Staging & Logistics:

Organize garment staging, layout designs, and manage the transition from production to finishing (folding, bagging, and shipping).

Efficiency & Safety:

Maintain a high production cadence to meet daily deadlines while keeping a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Requirements & Skills Industry Experience:

Proven knowledge of heat press production, DTF workflows, and garment layout techniques. Eye for
