JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all employees are properly trained and understand job expectations
• Coach, counsel, and support employees regarding performance, attendance, and conduct
• Conduct new hire orientations and provide hands-on, on-the-job training
• Track daily attendance and address absenteeism and tardiness issues promptly
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Ensure all areas of operations are running efficiently, safely, and correctly
• Work on the packaging line and perform all job functions as needed to support production and operations
• Assist in all departments and production areas as needed to maintain workflow and productivity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of production or industrial operations experience
• 1+ year in a leadership or lead role
• Ability to stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
