Production Associate position(s): Supports manufacturing operations by learning key functions within multiple departments in order to serve on a team of departmental priority floaters that will be assigned to departments to serve our unique customer base each day/week. Critical functions are showing a willingness to learn and help the company meet quality, safety, and production goals. Our processes are unique, just like our one-of-a kind product family, so we are prepared to invest in process and machine training to make you successful. Your chances to join our team are a plus (but not required - we train) if you have any past exposure to glass fabrication (tempering, cutting, polishing, CNC processing, autoclaves, clean room lay-up, double and triple insulating assembly, safe boxing). Punctuality and solid work schedule Ability to understand the quality requirements of technical material, products and equipment Adherence to our safety policies Must be organized and pay close attention to details. Must possess flexibility and can-do attitude. The ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, work orders and procedural manuals. Must be able to measure, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must be able to bend, twist and lift 70lbs Ability to work standing for up to 8 hours per shift Must be able to speak, read and write in English Frequent standing, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling as required by the job Perform additional work as assigned
