Position Overview We are seeking a Production & Installation Specialist in signage measurement, construction, and vinyl installation. This position involves working both in our production facility and on-site at client locations to fabricate and install a wide variety of signs and graphics. While experience in the graphics and signage industry is highly desired, we will also train the right candidate, but direct experience is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately measure spaces and surfaces for sign production and installation Fabricate signs using various materials and tools, including cutting, routing, and finishing Install vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, and other signage types Safely operate equipment including printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design proofs Communicate with the project manager and clients to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow company standards for quality and brand consistency

Qualifications:

Great, positive attitude 1

• 5 years+ of signage production and installation experience Proficient in vinyl application (wall, window, and flat surfaces
• vehicles a plus) Strong measuring and layout skills; comfortable using a variety of tools Basic knowledge of sign construction and materials Ability to work from ladders up to 8 feet Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor Preferred but

Not Required:

Experience with wide-format printing and lamination Familiarity with sign-making software (Onyx, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) Knowledge of ADA/tactile signage fabrication
