Day Laborer / Production Helper - Trailer Manufacturing

Elite Trailers is looking for a dependable, hardworking Day Laborer / Production Helper to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position is a little bit of everything, so we are looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed and help keep production moving.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Installing trailer decking Wiring trailers and installing lights Cutting steel and preparing materials for production Assisting with inventory counts and organizing supplies Helping with general shop cleanup and machine upkeep Moving materials and parts around the facility Supporting welders and production staff as needed Performing other general labor tasks in a trailer manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Must be dependable and willing to work Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment Ability to lift, carry 50lbs, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the day Mechanical experience or background as a mechanic enhances ability to troubleshoot issues quickly Experience with tools, wiring, steel cutting, or trailer manufacturing is helpful but not required Welding experience is a plus Spanish-English bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time position. Schedule may vary based on production needs.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
