Starting at $16/hour (Higher pay available based on experience, carpentry skills, and production knowledge) Job Summary Space Coast Trim & Door is seeking a motivated and hardworking Production Associate to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced production environment where team members help build, prep, assemble, and stage interior and exterior door units, trim packages, and specialty products for residential construction projects throughout Central Florida. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and are eager to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare interior and exterior door units Build and prep trim packages for production orders Assist with custom door modifications and specialty projects Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Maintain production quality standards and meet daily goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with inventory organization and material handling Follow production schedules and work efficiently in a team environment Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly (50+ lbs) Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred Preferred Qualifications Carpentry experience Door and trim installation experience Production or warehouse experience Experience building or modifying custom doors Forklift experience (a plus but not required) Construction industry experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skills Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing company Hands-on training and skill development Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities in production, warehouse operations, field services, and leadership roles If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and want an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
