This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Job Responsibilities The duties of the Production Worker include, but are not limited to, the following: Work in production with consistent speed and accuracy Perform cutting, drilling, punching, and grinding operations Assemble finished goods and components Carry out basic quality inspections and testing checks Properly store goods and raw materials in the warehouse Operate lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders Package goods for shipment Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Follow company safety procedures and production standards Requirements Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools Ability to work in a production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift and move materials as needed Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Health Reimbursement, Dental, and Life Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with
