Job Description

We are seeking a Buyer II - Electronic Components to support sourcing and procurement of critical electronic parts, including semiconductors, connectors, printed circuit boards, and other EEE components. In this role, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle—from RFQs and supplier selection through purchase order management and invoice resolution—while ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements. You'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to interpret BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation, while proactively managing lead times, supply risks, and component lifecycle challenges such as obsolescence and allocation. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in electronics procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation within fast paced environments. You will monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement best practices. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining supply continuity for production and development programs. Experience with high reliability or regulated industries and familiarity with authorized distribution and counterfeit mitigation practices is a strong plus.
