• Thursday with optional OT on Fridays Job Summary General Production Workers support daily manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, packaging, and handling products to meet quality and production standards.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general production and assembly tasks Operate basic production equipment and hand tools Inspect parts and finished products for quality and defects Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Load and unload materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow written work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards Meet daily production goals and team expectations Required Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Basic hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required Safety equipment required (PPE) Why This Role Entry‑level opportunities available Hands‑on manufacturing experience Consistent schedule with steady hours Opportunity to work on 1st or 2nd shift Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50
