JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator / Production Assistant to join our digital department. This position involves working directly with high-end digital printing equipment and supporting daily production workflows. Responsibilities Assist in operating digital presses (training provided) Load/unload paper, etc. Monitor print quality and consistency Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Handle finishing tasks (packaging, organizing jobs, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Ability to follow instructions and work independently Comfortable working with machines and hands-on tasks Good work ethic and reliability (showing up on time matters) Ability to lift paper boxes and stand for extended periods Bonus (Not Required but Valuable) Experience with digital printing presses (toner and inkjet). Familiarity with Fiery / print workflows Graphic design or prepress knowledge Fluent in English and Spanish
