Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our production team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and packaging products according to company standards and regulations. This is a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our pet food packaging processes.Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including logic controllers, to ensure proper functioning
- Assemble and fabricate products using hand tools and machinery
- Package finished products in accordance with company guidelines
- Mix and blend formulas
- know and learn our ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
- Understand and adhere to all CGMP and relevant SOP
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Have the ability to multi-task between machines.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or Heavier.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual English
- Spanish preferred
