The Fertilizer Bagging Utility Operator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and accurate packaging of fertilizer products. This position operates bagging equipment, assists with material handling, performs quality checks, maintains cleanliness of the production area, and supports warehouse and production operations as needed.

What You'll Do:

Operate bagging, weighing, sewing, sealing, labeling, and palletizing equipment; Verify correct product and labels Perform quality checks; move materials and finished goods Assist with loading/unloading Maintain equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures Maintain production rates and quality standards, minimize waste, maintain attendance standards, and support overall plant efficiency

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, fertilizer, agricultural, warehouse, or production experience preferred Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, work in varying environmental conditions, and wear required PPE Ready to make an impact with us?
