This role is ideal for someone with experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting. You'll be responsible for guiding daily production and assembly operations and supporting your team to meet goals.
Pay:
$21•26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 6:30 AM•5:00 PM What You'll Do Lead and support the production team with daily tasks, questions, and problem-solving Make sure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met Help manage materials and ensure inventory and production data are accurate Assist with inventory counts and tracking supplies Train team members and support their development Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized Help improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Maintain production records and reports Pitch in with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution, with increasing responsibility 2+ years of experience working with ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong leadership and communication skills Good math, reading, and problem-solving abilities Organized, dependable, and able to plan effectively If this sounds like a good fit for you, send us your updated resume—we'd love to connect! #IND3
