Contract-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking General Laborers to support production operations at our Ocala facility. This role involves hands-on work sorting used oil filters on a conveyor belt and assisting with material movement throughout the site. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment. Responsibilities Sort used oil filters as they move along a conveyor belt Work at a designated station while standing for the duration of the shift Operate a forklift to transport drums or containers of filters or trash (as needed) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications Required:

Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods General labor or production experience Willingness to work in a dirty, industrial environment

Preferred:

Forklift operation experience Warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial background

Work Environment Production Area:

Indoor, open-air setting; exposure to oil and used filters

Forklift Duties:

Outdoor work; must be comfortable in varying weather conditions Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
