Orlando, FL 32810 Position Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Fabrication Associate to join our Sheet Metal Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the HVAC manufacturing industry by operating specialized HVAC machinery and basic fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, be physically capable, and ready to support daily operations in a fast-paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities Learn to operate specialized HVAC machinery and basic HVAC fabrication equipment. Provide support to the fabrication team as needed. Accurately measure materials using tape measures and other measuring tools. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including reaching, stretching, bending, and walking throughout the daily routine. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure. Strong desire to learn and grow within the HVAC manufacturing industry. Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as reaching, stretching, bending, and walking. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled shop environment with exposure to loud noise. Work Environment This position requires working in a shop environment that may be loud and not climate controlled.
