Job Description
Manufacturing Operations Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Associate to join a growing organization in the Orlando area. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, product testing, and customer-facing logistics support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
- Verify product and inventory information for accuracy
- Perform basic product testing and quality checks
- Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control processes
- Update and track information using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding shipments, orders, and product status
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
- Assist with process improvements and general operational support as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, warehouse, or operations environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
