Job Description

Manufacturing Operations Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Associate to join a growing organization in the Orlando area. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, product testing, and customer-facing logistics support.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
  • Verify product and inventory information for accuracy
  • Perform basic product testing and quality checks
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control processes
  • Update and track information using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding shipments, orders, and product status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
  • Assist with process improvements and general operational support as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, warehouse, or operations environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
