They should feel comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across the production floor and warehouse, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Perform material movements (picking, shipping, and transfers) and execute appropriate transactions in MRP or database systems to assure inventory accuracy Actualize material replenishment tasks from inventory to manufacturing based on Kanban requirements Utilize inventory management system to record incoming and outgoing shipments with high attention to detail. Reprocess returned equipment for clients (cleaning, repackaging, testing and documenting). Update spreadsheets for client visibility. Assist in cart building, including equipment testing and final QA prior to shipping Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices, including cycle counting and Kanban systems Working knowledge of inventory management/MRP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal customers with a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while providing excellent customer service and client/patient satisfaction Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team of individuals in diverse disciplines and a goal-oriented environment Minimum of five (5) years experience in a process driven manufacturing environment Solid organizational skills including exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
