Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities and workflow Assign employees to workstations and monitor performance Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met Train and support production personnel Monitor production output and troubleshoot operational issues Complete production records and documentation Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience in manufacturing or production Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to monitor productivity and quality metrics Experience training and coaching employees Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
