Our enhanced process is faster and fully online!! Onsite Position What This Job Is About Peninsula Steel is adding a Production Support Worker to assist with dayshift operations. This role helps keep materials moving, supports operators with machine feeding, and ensures the shop floor stays safe and organized. The work is physical and requires being on your feet most of the shift. What You'll Do Load, feed, and handle materials for machine operators. Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas. Move, stage, and stack materials throughout the facility. Get finished items ready for labeling, packaging, and shipping. Follow safety rules and all production guidelines. Assist with general labor tasks when needed. What You Need High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to stand 7.5 hours per shift. Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Reliable transportation (100% onsite job). Strong attendance and willingness to learn. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is helpful. Funciones Cargar material y apoyar a operadores con la alimentación de máquinas. Mantener áreas libres de riesgos y limpias. Mover y acomodar materiales en producción y almacén. Preparar producto para etiquetado, empaque y envío. Cumplir con normas de seguridad y procesos internos. Realizar tareas generales asignadas por el supervisor. Requisitos Preparatoria o GED. Licencia de conducir vigente. Capacidad para permanecer de pie 7.5 horas por turno. Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs. Transporte propio (el trabajo es 100% onsite).
