• Part-time, Full-time We are a growing personalized gifts company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated team member to join our production and fulfillment team.

This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to grow into a lead position as you learn our systems and processes. Schedule Full-time and part-time applicants considered 7:00 / 7:30 AM start required Additional hours available for full-time candidates Responsibilities Print and process customer orders using ShipStation Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with inventory organization and tracking Maintain a clean and organized workspace Learn to operate laser engraving machines (training provided) Communicate with customers via chat regarding order status, questions, and updates Growth & Opportunity We value team members who learn the process first, then help us make it better.
