Production Assistant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Disassembly/Assembly of firearms. Metal preparation using sand blasters and die grinders. Parts Inspection Ability to meet weekly deadlines. Responsible for care and daily preventive maintenance on the equipment in use. Follow all safety guidelines and report violations, accidents and near misses to supervisor. Assist in the training of new personnel on safety, production, and quality standards and procedures. Follow instructions given by supervisor. Responsible for housekeeping in your area. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Team Player. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to follow company safety procedures and processes. Strong attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have ability to legally posses and work around firearms.

Physical Demands:

Lifting of up to 50 lbs is required on a regular basis.
