We are eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings. Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials General cleanup of work areas Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Pay & Perks:

$18.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience. We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production. Requirements:

Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus! Ability to follow written & verbal instructions Ability to work 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday). Seasonal overtime available Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures Pass a post-offer drug screen Reliable transportation to get to and from work Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably This position will require sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50lbs, stooping, climbing, seeing, hearing, reaching, reading, tolerance to cold or warm temperatures based on the weather conditions outside.
