We're looking for a hands-on assistant to support day-to-day operations and be involved in the creative process.

Responsibilities:

Assist daily across projects, including general tasks, errands, and operational support Help during filming and production while capturing and posting Instagram Stories / behind-the-scenes content Take edited content and create clips for social (Reels, TikTok, etc.) using tools like Opus or similar Assist with posting, managing social media platforms, and tracking basic performance/stats Support uploading music and digital content to distribution platforms Manage schedules, calendars, travel booking, and overall coordination Light cleaning and organization of workspaces as needed Occasional driving for errands, pickups, or assisting on production days Handle additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly Strong interest in media, content, or production Comfortable with social media and basic content tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable and available in person
