About the Role Become an integral part of a team focused on delivering top-tier products. As a Production Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding quality standards and ensuring production efficiency. Your proficiency in assembly techniques and collaborative spirit will drive our collective success. Responsibilities Execute product assembly in accordance with stringent specifications and quality benchmarks. Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols. Perform detailed quality control assessments to guarantee product integrity and adherence to standards. Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and meet project timelines. Maintain a tidy and safe workspace to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Support the onboarding of new team members by providing guidance on assembly processes and safety regulations. Promptly report any equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisory personnel. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent; vocational training is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions with precision. A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-based setting. Capable of lifting and transporting materials as necessary. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. Effective communication skills coupled with a positive, solution-oriented approach. Adaptable to flexible work schedules, including the possibility of overtime.
