First Choice Metals is currently seeking Production Operators . Job Description Safely operate roll formers, brake presses, and other manufacturing machinery. Coordinate with the production team to produce materials for various products. Ensure prodcution efficiency and quality standards are met. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to use and read measuring devices including tape measuress, squares, and rulers. Ability to safely use hand tools and manufacturing machinery. Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions. Ability to read and adhere to lables, safety warnings, and guidelines. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to work additional hours as needed. Education and Experience Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing Basic computer skills needed to review production orders Previous experience operating a forklift preferred Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as reach and climb steps to complete tasks. Sufficient hearing and vision to safely operate power tools and machinery. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. These physical requirements are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
