JOB SUMMARY
Entry support individual contributor that executes tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Provides support for internal teams in the Manufacturing Assembly area. Closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. Responsible for using equipment for the assembly and processing tasks to produce finished products according to established specifications. Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
  • Completes tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area under direct supervision, and closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Cleans and conducts maintenance tasks based on best practices in the industry in order to foster a safe working environment.
  • Cleans and maintains equipment as needed
  • Installs components of basic in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line.
  • Builds competency with routine machinery under direct supervision.
  • Records daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  • Operates production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products.
  • Assists with set up of equipment
  • Notifies Supervisor/Lead of Maintenance and/or repairs needed on equipment
  • Prepares accurate records/documentation related to work progress
