Assembly Line Production Worker

About us E Lawrence LTD bookbinding studio Job Description Assembly Associate Bookbinder (Training Provided) We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our book bindery team. Previous bookbinding experience is not required — this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and learns quickly. The job involves light bookbinding and other repetitive, fast-paced production tasks. This is a medium-level physical role.

Enjoy hands-on work Have good attention to detail Can keep up in a fast-paced environment Are dependable and eager to learn Hours- This position is full-time: 40 hours weekly. Expectations Production Associates are expected to arrive promptly as scheduled, to work enthusiastically and diligently. They are expected to provide notice of contingencies which prevent their working (illness, emergencies, etc.) in a prompt manner, preferably with 24 hours notice. Employees receive a standard break not to exceed fifteen minutes for every four hours worked. Any further time taken (as for lunch) will be unpaid. Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally in the workplace: to maintain a personable outlook, to avoid unruly behavior, loud outbursts, inappropriate language. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. ' '
