Join the SAGE team as an Assistant Food Service Director and help drive a vibrant, seven-day, residential campus culinary operation in Atlanta's Morningside/Virginia-Highlands community. In this important role, you will help oversee dining operations, ensuring that exceptional food and service are delivered every day. Pay Type:
$65,000 - $75,000 Salary

What you'll do: Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships. Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team. Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Implement and maintain HACCP standards. Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team. What you'll need: Culinary degree preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Fluency in sanitation and safety standards. Dynamic get-it-done work ethic. Strong customer service skills. Ability to plan and organize with proficiency. Three years minimum of culinary production experience.
