Document Management Overview:
Our client is seeking Material Handlers, Document Scanning, and Quality Control Specialists to support their Atlanta facility. Responsibilities include reviewing scanned documents for accuracy and compliance, rescan as needed, and ensuring proper indexing and confidentiality. Work Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Pay:
$18.00/hr 2nd Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM | Pay:
$18.50/hr Key Responsibilities:
Review scanned documents for legibility and completeness Flag and rescan poor-quality images or missing content Confirm documents are properly indexed and named Identify and report scanning error trends for process improvement Collaborate with scanning operators and team leads on quality issues Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and data security standards Meet productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Experience in a production environment; document quality control or scanning experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer applications and file management Ability to concentrate and handle repetitive tasks Dependable, able to work independently or in a team Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs throughout the warehouse Ability to stand on your feet for an 8-hour shift Benefits:
