Wide format experience a plus. Responsible for running printers and making sure jobs are being printed in timely manner. Review jobs in our system daily to ensure that due dates are being met. Communicate with team, working closely with the owner, production, sales, and graphics team. Print job jackets for all approved jobs, sort them on the different machines, and stage them in the order they will be printed, regardless of the due date. Update notes in our system to ensure that packages have been sent out / delivered to clients. Keep work area clean and organized. Order paper.

Secondary Duty:

Shipping and receiving in production. Duties include shipping items out to clients once they are ready to go out as well as recording / making sure all is accounted for with what is coming in from outside facilities. 35-40 hours per week
