Job Description
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and experienced Production Assistants to support a large-scale audition event. This is a fast-paced environment that requires individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing parking lot operations and attendee flow
- Assisting with line management and crowd control
- Checking in audition participants and guests
- Setting up stages, equipment, and event areas
- Running production errands and supporting various departments
- Assisting staff, and production teams as needed
- Breaking down event spaces and equipment at the conclusion of the event
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with the public
Requirements:
- Previous Production Assistant experience is required and must be clearly listed on your resume
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and ability to take initiative
- Ability to lift and move equipment when needed
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented We're looking for experienced team players who can jump in wherever needed and help keep operations running smoothly. Being able to thrive in a fast-moving production environment is a must!
