Job Opportunity:
Production Operator Location:
Doraville, GA Pay Rate:
$16.00•$18.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)
Job Type:
Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Production Operator to join our operations team in Doraville. In this role, you will be responsible for executing work orders with precision, ensuring high-quality standards for assembly, bonding, and packaging. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with high mechanical aptitude and a commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Shift & Training Schedule Initial Training:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM.
Permanent Shift:
Following successful training, you will move to a permanent schedule (typically 7:00 AM•4:00 PM or 5:00 AM•3:30 PM , depending on specific department needs). Candidates must be flexible to move to these shifts after the training period.
Key Responsibilities Production Execution:
Perform work orders including cutting, gluing, bonding, vulcanizing, assembly, and packaging according to technical specifications.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure 100% compliance with quality standards.
Data Management:
Accurately record production data on work tickets and enter time/production stats into the ERP system.
Operations Support:
Assist with material handling, inventory management, and equipment setup.
Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area daily.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company policies and ITAR regulations.
Requirements Experience:
At least 2 years of related experience and/or industrial training.
Technical Skills:
High mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience) and basic computer literacy.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Communication:
Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication and basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Legal:
