About Us 4x4 Attitude is a growing automotive aftermarket company specializing in custom products for Jeep, Bronco, truck, and off-road enthusiasts. We design and produce custom sunshades, Action Shields, flags, banners, and other printed accessories for on and off road enthusiasts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the company. This is an entry-level position designed to be a stepping stone into something bigger. We want to provide the right person with the opportunity to learn valuable graphic design, production, customer service, and management skills in a real business environment. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer / Production Assistant to join our vibrant creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic vision with technical production expertise, supporting the development of compelling visual content across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone creative, reliable, and willing to learn how a custom print and automotive accessory company operates from start to finish. You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to improve. Our goal is to teach the right person how we work, how our products are made, and how to build skills that can lead to more responsibility over time If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about visual storytelling, this position is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative branding concepts and visual identities that resonate with target audiences. Create captivating motion graphics and digital art for videos, social media, and web content using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools. Create and prepare artwork for custom automotive products, decals, sunshades, flags, banners, and promotional items. Set up print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. Assist with customer design requests, proofs, edits, and revisions. Help operate production equipment such as printers, cutters and heat presses. Check completed products for quality, accuracy, color, and finishing. Assist with inventory, materials, order preparation, and general shop tasks. Learn the full process from customer order to design, production, packaging, and delivery. Experience Basic experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions. Interest in graphic design, printing, production, automotive products, or hands-on creative work. Reliable, organized, and willing to learn. Comfortable helping with both computer-based design work and physical production tasks. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team. Automotive, Jeep, Bronco, off-road, or motorsports interest is a plus but not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry to learn and wants to grow.
