Key Role and Expectations:

This position supports the fabrication and manufacturing of custom sports facility products, including netting, padding, and windscreens. The Production Worker plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately measured, assembled, and prepared for shipment in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom sports facility products. Stretch and cut material to precise measurements. Safely operate equipment such as grommet machines, sewing machines (powering on/off, pedals, threading), hot knives, scissors, tape measures, and chalk lines. Identify and retrieve required materials; return unused rolls and supplies to storage. Fold, tie, and prepare finished products for transfer to the shipping department. Maintain a clean and safe work area by using PPE, following machine safety procedures, and reporting equipment failures or defects. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, depending on task assignments. Job Requirements Read/understand basic work orders, lift up to 45lbs, bilingual, knowledge of measurements
