Job Description

Control Room Operator Manufacturing/Production Evans , GA Start your new career as a Control Room Operator with MAU at T2Earth in Appling, GA. As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensuring safe operations, product quality, and efficient production flow in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

First Shift:

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in lumber manufacturing or similar industry preferred Prior experience in LTO roles or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams What You'll Do as a
Control Room Operator:
Monitor and control manufacturing processes using HMI systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform minor repairs Conduct preventive and autonomous maintenance activities Coordinate with utility operators and production teams to optimize operations Maintain accurate production, equipment, and process records Ensure compliance with quality standards, including TPI and AWPA requirements Monitor product quality and identify non-conforming materials Assist in scheduling production priorities and assigning tasks as needed Support 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate performance issues, safety concerns, and process risks to management Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
