Job Description
Welder / Fabricator / Shop Lead/Shop Helper Sylvania, GA - Foxhole Fabrication We're a non‑union fabrication shop looking for a skilled welder/fabricator who can also step up and lead the team when needed. If you weld clean, think ahead, stay organized, and can keep others moving, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do MIG/TIG weld steel & aluminum Fabricate from drawings and build specs Lead and support welders/fabricators during daily workflow Maintain quality, safety, and shop organization Help train new or junior welders Assist with basic project estimating (materials, labor hours, job costing) Complete a hands‑on welding test What You Must Have 3+ years welding/fab experience Ability to lead when needed and work independently Strong understanding of shop safety and fabrication processes Reliable transportation & solid attendance Able to lift 70+ lbs and work on your feet Bring your own basic tools and welding gear Comfortable working in a non‑union shop Must pass a drug test and background check Why Work Here 3‑day weekends (Mon-Thurs schedule) Steady work, clean builds, no production‑line grind Opportunity to grow into more leadership and estimating responsibilities Apply If You're Serious If you can't pass a drug test, background check, show up on time, or follow instructions, this isn't the job.
