Job Description

Overview This position focuses on administrative support and operational coordination within the production department, particularly supporting injection molding operations and daily production activities. Position Production Operations/Administrative Associate (Bilingual Korean-English Required) (Entry-Level or Up to 5 Years of Experience) Key Responsibilities Manage production-related data, including injection molding and manufacturing performance records Support production scheduling and customer/order management Communicate with internal departments such as quality, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams Coordinate with external vendors and business partners Prepare and manage production-related documents, including reports, work instructions, and operational records Support issue escalation and communication when production-related issues occur Provide general administrative and operational support for the production team Qualifications Bilingual in Korean and English (Required) Associate's degree or higher required: Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial, or related engineering fields Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Internship or prior experience in manufacturing or production environments Basic understanding of injection molding processes or manufacturing operations Strong data organization and documentation skills Spanish language skills are a plus
Compensation & Work Schedule Entry-Level:
Starting in the low $50,000 range annually
Experienced Candidates:
Compensation based on experience and qualifications
Work Type:
Full-time, On-site Work Hours:
