Production Worker Manufacturing/Production Lagrange , GA Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in LaGrange, GA. As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production equipment while supporting manufacturing goals through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Assembly experience (preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and arms Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently What You'll Do as a

Operate machinery and load/unload parts Inspect and gauge parts for quality Record production and quality data Assist in training new operators Support engineering changes and new part introductions Maintain flexibility to work different shifts as needed Mentor new team members Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions Support
