Production/ Kitting Associate

Fulfillment Strategies International is seeking a Production/ Kitting Associate to join our growing team. Responsible for assembling, manufacturing, or packaging products in a factory or production environment. Perform basic quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications and standards. Operate various types of machinery, such as assembly lines, conveyor belts, and other production equipment to manufacture products. Meet production targets and deadlines. Fast-paced, repetitive function. Attention to detail required. Ability to adhere to standard safety regulations and guidelines. May assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Must have general written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position is in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
