Job Description

About the Role Covenant Millworks is looking to add 1-2 hardworking, reliable people to our cabinet shop team. This is a hands-on production role that puts you right in the middle of the finishing process — sanding, buffing, and keeping the shop running smoothly every day. No previous cabinetry experience required. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you build, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Be Doing Sanding cabinets and components to prepare them for the spray room Buffing and finishing primer coats after spraying Supporting daily shop operations wherever you're needed Assisting with deliveries as required What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual — you show up and you follow through Comfortable on your feet in a production environment A team player willing to pitch in wherever the day takes you Valid driver's licence an asset (for delivery runs) Previous shop, trades, or finishing experience is a bonus — but not required What We Offer Steady, full-time hours in a stable local business A team that works hard and takes pride in their craft Opportunity to learn and grow within the shop How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
