You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff - Level 4 for the Manufacturing Support team which is responsible for... What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted liaison between management and the represented workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across the shop. Interface with all management levels and the workforce to resolve issues and remove roadblocks. Gather and analyze relevant information, understand complex relationships, and recommend effective solutions. Build and maintain a strong network, leveraging knowledge and experience to influence positive business outcomes. Stand in for supervision when needed, providing guidance and oversight. Basic Qualifications:
Experience relating to aircraft Structural manufacturing, maintenance, assembly, &/or modifications. Experience planning, correcting, &/or leading projects of work.
Production / Shop
floor Experience.
Desired Skills:
  • Innovative and pro-active in the area of continuous improvement
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers and teams.
  • 5 yrs experience relating to aircraft manufacturing, assembly or modifications.
  • Working knowledge and access to computer systems such as
SFM, Qual Sight, &/or DIMS Clearance Level:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
