Remanufacturing Operations Specialist 318 Sany Way, Peachtree City, GA 30269 Full-time Full-time Remanufacturing Operations Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SANY America's team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Remanufacturing Operations Specialist to execute daily remanufacturing operations, including core returns, vendor coordination, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking. This role ensures efficient movement of cores and remanufactured components across the supply chain to support SANY America's growing remanufacturing program. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders. With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Management & Logistics Coordinate core returns, pickups, and shipments from dealers, customers, and internal locations Track and document all core movements, including returns, storage, vendor shipments, and final disposition Ensure timely recovery of cores to support remanufacturing demand Vendor Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for remanufacturing vendors Support vendor onboarding, account setup, and day-to-day communication Monitor vendor performance, turnaround times, and delivery schedules Order & Inventory Management Review incoming orders and identify remanufacturing opportunities Coordinate fulfillment of remanufactured components from vendor to customer Maintain visibility of reman inventory levels, availability, and backlog Operational Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate tracking of reman orders, core returns, and inventory. Support development of reports related to turnaround time, order status, and core recovery. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Warranty, Parts, Service, Engineering, and Warehouse teams. Assist in resolving operational issues, delays, and logistics challenges.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Heavy Equipment or automotive background. Understanding of the components that are being remanufactured. Ability to identify the components and have some technical understanding of how they work. Previous experience with remanufacturing operations is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

W ORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Onsite-Peachtree City, GA
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel up to 10-15% (vendors, warehouses, dealer locations).
