ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SANY America's team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Remanufacturing Program Strategy Specialist to drive the growth, optimization, and scalability of SANY America's remanufacturing program. This role focuses on identifying new remanufacturing opportunities through data analysis, expanding vendor capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing processes that support long-term program success. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment. With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development & Expansion Identify and prioritize components for remanufacturing based on warranty data, failure trends, and parts sales. Expand remanufacturing offerings across engines, hydraulics, electronics, and drivetrain components. Support development and execution of a reman-first strategy. Data Analysis & Cost Optimization Analyze warranty claims, parts sales data, and failure trends to identify reman opportunities. Evaluate reman vs. new part cost structures to drive cost savings and margin improvement. Develop reporting to support decision-making and program growth. Vendor Strategy & Development Identify, evaluate, and onboard remanufacturing vendors. Conduct pricing analysis and capability assessments. Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships. Compliance & Process Governance Ensure remanufacturing activities comply with applicable regulations (including EPA and import requirements). Support tracking and documentation of regulated components. Assist in maintaining audit readiness and data integrity. Failure Analysis & Quality Feedback Partner with Warranty and Engineering teams to analyze failed components. Identify trends related to defects, wear patterns, or misuse. Provide feedback to improve product reliability and service processes. Process Development & Continuous Improvement Develop and refine remanufacturing processes, systems, and tracking methods. Improve core recovery rates, turnaround times, and operational efficiency. Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field). 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, operations, supply chain, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting). Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, or remanufacturing preferred. Project management and project execution experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Onsite-Peachtree City, GA
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel up to 10-15% (vendors, warehouses, dealer locations).
