Production Operator Savannah, GA 31302 From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time Job Summary The Production Operator is responsible for assembling tailgate lift systems for vehicles on a fast-paced production line. This role ensures products are built to quality standards, production goals are met, and safety procedures are followed at all times Duties Performing assembly line tasks as directed by the supervisor Operating and maintaining machinery and tools on the assembly line Ensuring that products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects Keeping the assembly line clean and organized Reporting any issues or problems with the assembly line to the supervisor Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear Meeting production targets and deadlines Working collaboratively with other members of the assembly line team Continuously improving skills and knowledge of assembly line processes Loading product pieces slated for assembly onto the line and packing assembled products into boxes Other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Attention to detail Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line work preferred Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Join us in a role that offers hands-on involvement in innovative production processes!
