Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary :

As a Production Associate in the Booth Department at Georgia Expo, you are responsible for ensuring production requirements are met, product quality is maintained, machine maintenance is adhered to, and safety rules are followed.

Areas of Responsibility :

Safety Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the Booth Department. Understand and follow safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Production

• Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned machine and all related equipment to ensure all daily production requirements are met. Maintain quality requirements in accordance with Company standards. Responsible for reporting all quality defects and communicating mechanical issues to supervisor and maintenance.
• Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.

Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Booth Supervisor. Other duties as assigned by Booth Supervisor or Plant Manager.

Skill Requirements :

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements :

• High school diploma or higher preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
