Production Associate - Swainsboro At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading window and door manufacturer in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package high-quality units. Shift Patterns 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, Mandatory Weekend and OT when needed Pay Rates 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Production Associate Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for this role. Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable transportation to and from work is required daily. Commitment to professional development and company growth. Skills requirements for Production Associate Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Able to safely work with and around moving equipment. Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line. Operate equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment. Role for Production Associate Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units. Read and interpret schematics to understand production processes. Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces. Inspect products for quality and report any damages or safety hazards.
