We are looking for unique individuals join our team as a Production Associate in the Production Department. Potential candidates possess the follow attributes: a positive outlook, pay great attention to detail are able to follow a routine closely can adapt to a fast-paced production environment work under pressure enjoy working in a team setting desire to be a part of a winning team A Production Associate has a very important responsibility in our process. The job entails being cross-trained within the whole production process. From being involved with order fulfillment to correctly decorating each garment in production by printing, embroidery placement, ensuring that products are produced properly, checking for color, consistency and sizing among other things. Having a good eye for detail is very important. You will be working with the production team to ensure product is of the highest quality before being sent to our customers. We are a rapidly growing manufacturer of apparel and accessories for children ranging from newborn through youth sizes. We are specialized in collegiate licensed as well as custom designed clothing. Our company is seeking a Production Associate who is dependable, has a good attitude, and wants to help the company reach uncharted growth.

What you will do:

Order Puller

• Pulls and prepares orders for production
• Ability to read an order ticket and follow through with directions
• Ability to accurately and legibly record pulled quantities on pick ticket documents
• Ensures all items are restocked
• Assist with unloading product from containers as needed
• Assist team in counting in inventory as it is received
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times Product Finisher
• Adds finishing touches to products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to read and follow directions from an order sheet
• Confirms all details of items are correct prior to applying packaging
• Accurately and legibly records completed tasks on documents
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

Requirements:

• Willing to learn and master multiple skills
• Ability to learn a wide range of details including standard operating procedures
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Must have reliable attendance
• Ability to focus on the task at hand with attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
