Job Description
Expected start date: 2nd to 3rd week of June 2026 Pay $20
- $23 per hour Final compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Work Schedule Monday
- Friday Available schedules: 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM, 1 position 3:00 PM
- 12:00 AM, 1 position Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred CNC operating experience preferred Urethane coating experience preferred Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred Line lead or senior operator experience is a plus Ability to read and follow production specifications Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Perform CNC machine operation and/or urethane coating process operation, if applicable Support daily production activities Follow production specifications and quality standards Conduct outgoing shipment inspections Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition Follow company safety and quality control procedures Communicate production issues or quality concerns to supervisors Support team operations as needed Benefits Insurance benefits are available after the waiting period.
