Job DescriptionAssist Production leaders with the coordination of production team members engaged in the production of pizza dough in accordance with established company/industry standards and procedures. Participate in our Certified Trainer program to become an active trainer of new and tenured team members regarding their job duties, responsibilities, and safety. Subject matter expert in all functions; mixing, placing, cross-stacking/down-stacking, sanitation, and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Production - Dough Processing
Start, stop, and handle changeovers for Doughbot (automated center)
Set up all equipment in production area prior to making dough
Scale and metering equipment must be check weighed equal to its usage and documented
Thermometers must be calibrated and checked against a certified thermometer
Yeast slurry and mixer timers checked and calibrated at the start of each production day
Ensure team members rotate for breaks and complete daily dough requirement by size
Assist team with meeting production goals by working in rotation as needed
Perform batch setup and mixing of dough production process

Stack filled dough trays and prepares for shipment
Load tray washer by placing soiled trays onto feeder conveyor
Understand what clean out mood details: Move Trays Down the Line / Tray Run Out = Starts the sanitation clean out process
Recipe Counter:
Keep track of what we are producing
Complete Tray wash and Sifter checks at the intervals set by Quality Assurance
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Safety Champion and Certified Trainer
Maintain safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and local, state, and federal requirements
Achieve and maintain department training certifications, including Certified Trainer certification
Assist in training and onboarding of new hires utilizing provided materials - Hear, See, Do, Teach method
Provide feedback to leadership on new hire onboarding progress
Participate in training sessions
Review all documentation in production room and complete all necessary paperwork
Achieve and maintain dough certification
Achieve and maintain FSQA certification if required at the siteQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED, some college courses preferred
1-2 years of manufacturing or bakery experience
Effective communication and listening skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with new team members
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Maintain forklift certification
Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
Strong desire to grow and advance in leadership positions
Follow Domino's dress code standards
Adhere to work schedule and Attendance Policy
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
Must be available to work during a shift, which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period and with notice flex hours throughout any given week
