Production Associate

PRODUCTION TEAMMATE

: Must be team-oriented, reliable, motivated, detail oriented, punctual and a good communicator. Experience in food service and/or manufacturing is preferred but not required when hired. Familiar with food safety practices preferred but not required when hired. Primary duties are ingredient preparation, equipment operation, product packaging, mixing recipes, managing production logs and records, equipment maintenance, production facility cleaning and sanitation and inventory management.

Need :

We are looking for candidates to play a long-term role with our small but ever-growing business producing and packaging our wonderful product lines for distribution. Primary duties : Labeling, boxing, and wrapping products for sale and distribution. Complete daily sanitation of the production area up to company standards. Safely transfer product with a cart or pallet jack from one production area to another Package food products in accordance with food safety standards. Make desserts, prepare ingredients, and mix our beverage line products accurately, according to recipe specifications. fill out production logs and records Perform routine, maintenance on equipment Maintain the organization of the product inventory system.

Preferred Candidates :

Be a team-oriented and reliable individual who is motivated to make products at a high standard. Detail oriented, in cooking, operating safely, and communicating with the team. Experience in food service and/or manufacturing. Familiar with food safety practices. Shift hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:40PM.

Compensation:

Minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00 and a higher hourly wage should be expected for the quality of candidate we're looking for. For experienced candidates with applicable experience Lead Production Associate positions are available with wage or salary commensurate with qualifications. Performance and compensation review after the first three months of employment, and then bi-annually opportunities for promotions and pay increases with continued positive performance reviews. Changes in compensation are based on performance, character and team contribution.
